These terms govern use of this website and technology services provided by SkillOnIT Technologies. A signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement may add or replace project-specific provisions.
Deliverables, assumptions, milestones, responsibilities, fees and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Changes outside scope require written agreement and may affect cost or schedule.
Invoices are payable according to the agreed schedule. Taxes, third-party licenses, cloud usage and other pass-through costs are charged as stated in the proposal. Work may pause when an undisputed payment is overdue.
Each party retains its pre-existing tools, know-how and materials. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables transfers only as stated in the project agreement and after applicable payments are received. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Both parties must protect non-public business and technical information using reasonable care. Security obligations, data-processing requirements and access arrangements may be detailed in the project documents.
Delivery dates depend on agreed dependencies and timely client input. Acceptance follows the documented criteria. Warranty, maintenance, service levels and post-launch support apply only where included in writing.
Services are performed with reasonable professional care. Except where law does not allow it, implied warranties are excluded and liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Either party may terminate as permitted by the project agreement, including for uncured material breach. Charges for completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable. Indian law applies, with competent courts in Buldhana, Maharashtra having jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
